In January 2022 joined, gym explained the cleaning steps taking for COVID, and that facility is new a Wifi System for members is being installed. Needed special type for gym coverage.
For the February visits, the locker rooms were sloppy not taken care of and limited wipe stations and mostly empty to get wipes to wipe down machines.
Most of all, WI-FI never installed.
When confronted the management I was told to send message via the app.
I did and was told there is WI-FI for Guest, just log in.
Again went back to GYM, March 5th, WI-FI locked and was told only for office. I told them about my messages and they text the owner of the Franchise as I was waiting, and he then stated no Wi-Fi for members with no plans or dates to provide.
Unacceptable GYM conditions and Wi-FI for members usage.
I placed another contact back to Franchise (APP), seems only way to get to them, asking for full refund and no charges to capital fees, since the club did not support and live up to their membership commitments to their customers.
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: LOOK AT OTHER GYMS that run better daily operations, and in-tune to Members basic technology needs while working out.

Crunch WILL NOT STOP CHARGING MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. Months after I quit (no contract), Crunch continued to charge my checking account. I had to close the account.DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GIVE CRUNCH YOUR CREDIT CARD OR CHECKING INFORMATION.

I signed up for a membership online MJ the ago . And was told one price but was charged another price .
Never stepped food in any crunch fitness gym .a few days later I cancelled membership online . But was still charged . I had my bank stop charges. They then went and change their info and ILLEGALLY CHARGED My account from a different account .
I spoke to someone and was told I had to come in . I told them I cancelled online like I I signed up online . Now u have a bill for $390 in collection . I have spoken to my attorney and will seek legal matter if this isn't resolved.
And now I want my 2 months that I was charged back also . I never used the membership because after I was charged more than the contract said It left a bad taste in my
Mouth and I no longer was interested in your services

No Masks or Vaccination
I am outraged that you do not require your employees to be vaccinated. I had no idea that my trainer was not vaccinated and only found out when I saw the manager, who is now required to be vaccinated due to his exposure, with a mask on.
Not only are many of your clients older with health issues, but everyone could be carrying the virus to their contacts and family. In a facility where heavy breathing is the norm, unvaccinated employees are putting the clientele at risk. In fact, everyone who enters should show proof of vaccination. I will not be returning and will tell others not to join your gym.
I am ending my training contract. Unfortunately, I have 10 unused sessions.
I know that unused sessions get tacked on to the end. Under these circumstances, I think they should be refunded but they won't be.

User's recommendation: Do not use this gym unless you ask people directly if they are vaccinated or if not, to wear a mask. I think they will lie anyway.

User's recommendation: If you need a shower don't do it here. Also don't bring little kids the might get cut on the broken mirrors.

Since you went on January and February you should pay for those months. Only get a refund on March to December.
I agree that I would pay for months used. But will not pay a termination fee or yearly capital improvement fee. They did not provide the initial improvements or basic standards
